Customers use the EXC Luxury mobile app and website to create an account, find a stylist and book.
- Create an account. Sign up with your mobile number and confirm it with a one-time verification code.
- Choose a service. Browse verified stylists by service, location, availability, ratings and reviews.
- Book. See service prices, fees, travel charges and taxes before you confirm.
- Enjoy. Your stylist comes to your home, hotel or office.
Text messages
EXC Luxury Account Verification.
We send text messages only to deliver one-time verification codes, and only when you request one in the EXC app.
- Sample message. “EXC Luxury: Your verification code is 123456. This code expires in 5 minutes.”
- Frequency. One message per verification request. No marketing or promotional texts.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out or get help. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
